I've been going to Tire Factory for over 25 years, and the experience has always been exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience possible. The team took the time to answer all my questions and provided expert recommendations tailored to my needs. If you want expensive tires that you pay extra for a warranty which is not honored then the Tire Factory is for you. the manager refused to honor the warranty for 2 tires that had gotten super noisy with less than 5000 miles on em. The guy said we didn't rotate them enough. I asked to see manager and he claimed he was the manager. Tires were Hokian which they stated they no longer sold and would not do anything except sell me a new set. stay away!

Reviewed with us what we were looking for in price, warranty, mileage. They found us what we needed. It was busy in there, but they got us taken care of quickly. Now my college aged daughter will be safe with new tires. I would recommend Tire Factory

These guys are great. My family had a double blow-out on the freeway returning from a trip and they got us in before close, went through options, and got our truck into a drivable state letting us get back home. Thanks so much! A bright spot on a pretty crappy day.
