I’ve never been treated so badly as I have here. I’ve probably done 5 reviews in my entire life and they’ve been pretty good. From the moment I pulled up, they ignored me standing 5 ft from me, left me standing in the middle of the parking lot without telling me what was going on with my car, and when they did talk to me they were so disdainful. I wanted to tell them to stop the work and let me take my car somewhere else. Im quiet, polite, and non confrontational so I stood in the cold and seethed. I didn’t even get treated that badly when I was in high school. Also, my tire was flat by the next morning.

Polite, good customer service! Provided knowledge about the purpose for my repair. Was honest about their ability to make a repair instead of agreeing to do the repair and then discover they were not able to complete the task! Efficient and timely service. Maimtained communication about the status of my repairs! Definitely will go back.

Great team helped me out quick and got my BMW up same day. Owner made some calls since my tires are special ordered and made it happen. Great service. Highly recommend.

On a Saturday My bf and I were passing through Nc with his work truck (an f-450) when one of our tires blew out, we called several different places and they either were closed, couldn’t help us or didn’t have the size tire we needed. I came across this place I explained our situation and how we were just passing through to go back home and he personally went and got a tire for us from a place that was going to close in 15 mins, brought it back and yeh team all moved along and got us back on the road in no time! I’m not sure of the gentlemen’s name who helped us but he went above and beyond! Very affordable Thank you soooo much! 10/10 recommend!
