I've been going here for couple years now and tire prices match or beat others. Their prices for other services are fair and beat dealer prices by leaps and bounds. I've never had issues with their work, solid repairs. Never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Honest about what needs to be fixed and what can wait, or to keep an eye on. Like shocks and struts that are fine but also original OEM parts 13 years old. Nice to start saving for the time they give out without being surprised.
I was so impressed on how quick and professional Abdul was in helping us today. I was running late to my sons baseball game and let me tell you he got us in and out quick with amazing customer service! Thank you so much for all the help Abdul and going that extra mile for us!
I called to make an appointment to put a plug in the tire. The employee was friendly and gave me advice about my tire. He told me to keep eye on tire pressure keep air in it till I got to my appointment. He respond with yes mam and no mam, so very respectful. I got my appointment the next day. The day of my appointment greeted with a smile and hello. Gave the my keys and waited about less than 30 minutes. In the waiting I got to watch whatever I want on tv. Excellent service and employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful.
The best experience hands down. Abdul is the man!! He got us scheduled the same day with no wait, had us in and out quickly, and made sure we got exactly the right tires. Knowledgeable, efficient, and truly top-notch service.
A great experience and quickly completed. - Zach greeted me at the door when i walked in for an oil change. Even though they didn't have the filter, they had it delivered in less than 10 minutes!! How AWESOME is that! (In the past I've frequented Walmart or other oil change places and when they don't have the filter, they don't even try to 'fix' the situation) --AGAIN, just awesome-- My vehicle was completed quickly and ahead of what was promised. I invite you to come frequent Tire Kingdom on Redman... Good people, Great service .
