Tire Kingdom

Someone explain to me, how Tire Kingdom did a better alignment and tire install than the local Toyota dealer? I needed a set of tires, mine were old and rotting, so I went ahead and got them replaced with Hankook Mavis Traction Control tires with a 100K warranty. So far, my car drives smoother than it was when I bought it from the dealer, and the guys at Tire Kingdom managed to really dial in the alignment on my Camry, better than the job that Miracle Toyota down US-27 did for me last July. No weird noises, no weird vibrations, just smooth traction. The treads are deep, the rubber feels firm, and most importantly, my car drives like it just rolled off the factory line. We had a long weekend at Disney and just as we were leaving for an 8 hour drive home, my daughter noticed a large nail in the sidewall of her tire. We made it to Tire Kingdom and met Assistant mgr Brandon, Service mgr Ken and Tech Dave, and within an hour, we had a brand new tire and were on our way home!!! Words can’t describe how grateful we feel that we were about to get this potentially horrible problem corrected in such a quick turn around! They were fabulous to deal with and incredibly professional!

Im giving a 1 star for the fact that the check-in crew was great, other than them it would be 0 stars because it was just an overall awful experience. Came in for a simple oil change and they tried to upcharge me for a tire rotation/replacement of all 4 tires. I came in for an oil change and simply that, I don't need to be berated for more services I didn't come in for. Mechanic was extremely dismissive towards me afterwards as well because I didn't want to give him more money. Don't waste your time here!!!

This is a great place to get tires. They’re very knowledgeable and I trust their opinion because they keep my safety in mind. I have brought both of my vehicles here numerous times. The service is always perfect and they help with the price whenever possible. Kenneth and Jesus assisted me today with replacing all four tires, same day service without an appointment.
