Tire Kingdom

RJ is an incredible sales associate. We needed a tire repair, he suggested a new tire and managed to keep us feeling valued, safe, and in good hands. He’s funny, personable, and if I have to come back, he’s our guy!

They say that there’s a first for everything! Well, today was my first. I always get my tires from the dealership, since we have roadside hazards insurance, but I was traveling and needed a tires fixed. Brandon was very helpful and attentive. He immediately explained the issue that the tired needed to be replaced, not fixed. He was very empathetic to my situation and when I explained to him my predicament, he changed my flat tire and put on the small spare, making sure all was good before getting back in the road. What a champ and Kudos to him! Brandon is the epitome of what customer service should be. Give That man a pay raise or make him a trainer on “the protocols of customer service”. Makes me want to come back just to interact with him. Good job!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by RJ B. He was kind honest and I felt I could trust him whereas other places I feel they would sell me anything to make money. He walked me through different options, provided discounts, like tbh he made this visit coming from Jiffy Lube a 10/10 visit bc most of what I look for is the attitude and honesty of personnel

Really appreciate how professional and kind RJ has been. My car was having issues starting and when I finally got it on I called up TireKingdom and got RJ on the phone. He was very knowledgeable and was able to assist me right away! I will most definitely be coming back here if I have any issues! 5 stars plus!! Highly recommend.

Yavier provided excellent customer service. He was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. They were quick to change my tires and get my alignment done. I really appreciated how smooth everything went. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location from now on.
