Tire Kingdom

First time coming to this location. Staff was Friendly and attentive. I brought my own tires and pressure sensors. They installed them on the spot with no appointment. I had a slight issue with vibration after I left. Brought it back the next day for them to check. They quickly jumped on it with no argument and they rebalanced all the wheels. They found there was an issue with the balancing and corrected it. Truck is good as new! Thanks guys for doing a great job and handing the issue right away. I highly recommend this place.

I had an outstanding experience with the manager Terrell who handled my car service today. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and extremely attentive. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What stood out most was his honesty and commitment to making sure everything was done correctly. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and taken care of. My car runs better than ever, and the service was completed faster than expected. It’s rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their work, and he absolutely does. I highly recommend him, excellent customer service from start to finish!

I would first like to say the customer service that was given to each customer was amazing! Terrell made sure to speak with every single person that entered the door and made sure each person was help within 2-3mons of them entering the building. The prompt attention was great my appointment was at 9am I arrived 10 mins early and my car was being pulled in to start work at 9 am. The entire staff was great they made conversation offered water and explained everything that was needed for my car and explained prices. This was such a great experience and I will definitely be back! Thank you Terrell!
