I'm glad I couldn't find the other service center. I walked in and Mr. Josh was at the front gave me the price for an oil change. He is very nice and professional. I met Mike and Chris who are both excellent as well. I wasn't pressured into buying anything else but was well-infirmed about what I will need soon. These guys are great. They will see me again. I appreciate their help today.

Excellent service at Tire Kingdom in Palm Bay. I went in to get a tire repaired and the service was fast and very professional. The staff was friendly, explained the issue clearly, and got everything taken care of without wasting my time. You can tell they care about doing the job right. Highly recommended!

Bought two tires here at the malabar tire kingdom...I had tire seperation and serious cupping on tires within 15000 miles and was treated like trash just to get them addressed. I was told I needed to go to an authorized Nitto dealer to get warranty addressed on tires they sold me and installed. I got the Nitto folks on the line who said it was not the case. The manager refused to talk to me or the Nitto tire rep thoughwe waited for 15 mins with the kind rep still on the phone ...so i took my truck to Discount tires (the closest Nitto dealer) who treated me with such respect. they honored the warranty on tires that they didn't even sold me in the first place. I was so satisfied I ended up getting an additional four matching tires for the rear along with the two front that were under warrant

I have been going to this location for many years and wont take my car anywhere else. Mike (the manager) is a wonderful technician, he is always very helpful and kind towards me during our interactions. I know my car is in good hands with this specificTire Kingdom. Which is why I always recommend this location to anyone with car troubles. Thanks again to Mike and his awesome team!

Kristin at Tire Pro was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. Her knowledge made everything easy to understand, and she took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Outstanding customer service—Kristin truly goes above and beyond.
