(Edit: JJ the store manager made sure to make things right for me and was very understanding of everything that had happened and made sure he would scold the young tech who caused all these issues) The sales guy Shawn was great and I had no issues with him at all, very friendly and helpful. I Came in for a set of 4 new tires and an alignment, when I got home I noticed that all the tire pressures were different and over inflated and that 3 of my 4 valve stem covers were missing, also at high speed I am getting a lot of vibration so the balancing was not done correctly either.

JJ , David, and Shawn gave superb service. They were so kind, friendly, and prompt. The service I got was very quick. The mechanics that worked on my car were also very prompt. Whatever questions I had for the mechanics , one of the guys from the front would asked on my behalf and then gave me a clear answer. So sorry that this review is late because I kept forgetting to write it as to I got very busy over the last few weeks. Keep up the good work guys 😉! ~ Meisha W.

David and the team over at Tire Kingdom/Mavis have taken care of me for the last 4 years and I will continue to go back to them! I have had 3 Teslas in that time and they’ve continued to provide exceptional service. I had a nail emergency in my driver front tire and they took care of me right away. What I love about this location is that they treat me with integrity and respect. The courteous behavior that the store manager & David have given me over the years is the reason why I keep coming back. I’m on a routine with them with my tire rotations every 6k miles and like clockwork, in and out in an hour or less. JJ took the time to understand my tire concerns and explained all my options clearly, making sure I felt confident in my decision. Ricky handled the installation quickly and efficiently, and he even went above and beyond to check my alignment and make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. Both of them showed great customer service and genuine care for their work. It’s rare to find a team that’s this knowledgeable and friendly, and I left feeling completely satisfied with the service. I had a nail in my tire and wanted to get it fixed fast. I called the store and Shawn told me to come on they would get it done. Meanwhile I noticed a PepBoys closer and called them. They said they erre pretty busy and could probably do it, even though they were open for another 3 hours. I liked Shawn's attitude on the phone so I decided to drive farther anyway. They got me in and out in 30 minutes. They were a great bunch of guys! I definitely recommend them!
