Jason the store manager is amazing! Me, my family, neighbors, and my friends have followed him to a few Tire Kingdom locations over many years. There is no one else I would see for car issues, and services. He is honest, personable, professional, and makes the experience at a shop enjoyable (unlike other shops).

Straightforward honest shop, suchbservice feels extraordinary these days and deserves praise Set up the appointment online. I arrived five minutes early and they pulled in the car into the bay. I was told an estimated time, and they met it. I sat in the waiting room and could see the work being done. No up charges: they completed the requested work and let me know everything was good with the car. Polite and efficient, from start to finish

I had a screw in my tire today and went to tire kingdom on university to get it repaired. Trevor was there to help me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. In a time when customer service is no longer a guaranteed thing at businesses, he got it right. I would recommend Tire Kingdom to anyone who needs their tire repaired. Thanks again Trevor!

Update: Real review after work was completed to my vehicle. Changed to 1 Star but should be Negative Stars because they give you a discount to give them a 5 Star Rating on your first visit even before they start the work. That's how they have a Good Rating and convince you to do business with them. When I went back to get the tires installed they ended up scratching 3 corners of my car and didn't take responsibility. They didn't offer to try to buff out the scratches or anything. They weren't careful with my car and didn't seem to care. Jason definitely did Not restore my faith in this company as he reassured me that things would be better since he's the new Manager. I will not be going back to this location due to Jason crossing the line between Salesmanship and Deception. I am trying to
