Tire king/Mr Carwash

I bought a used tired yesterday morning and when I when out to go to work the same evening the tire was flat to the rim. I inflated it to avoid being late to work and went back this morning. The establishment was closed. I went back around 9a and the technician who repairs tires was not there. I was expecting a call back to return. The tire needed a patch and I WAS CHARGED $20 TO THE TIRE I PURCHASED 24 HOURS PERVIOUSLY. IS THIS THE REASON BEHIND THE NAME 24 HOURS? Because you will be back in 24 hours to give them more money!!!! How inconvenient and horrible customer service!!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I CAME AT 9:45 am and got my tire changed in 5 minutes I should have known after it was changed so quick that it was an issue. Not even 4 hours later I come back to my car& my tire is completely flat. I then called before I came back to get a new tire they told me to come back and they wanted me to have a paper receipt, I came straight from work I didn’t have my coat with the receipt in and I would expect them to have remembered me. Even the worker remembered me and the cashier wanted to go back and forth no apology, no consideration for the inconvenience coming back up here and waiting to get another tire from people who have showed to be untrustworthy. Got the valve tighten appropriately. No new tire Thanks to the worker for speaking up.

Melvin was quick to pinpoint the problem with my tire that 2 other places tried telling me was fine yet I needed to put air in it every 2-3 days. It was a real headache but those days are behind me thanks to Melvin. He's great at what he does & a real asset to the company. This was my 1st visit to the Tire King but after today it definitely isn't my last. ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

Fast service decent prices

They do not balance your tires here, their balancer hasn’t work in a longggg while which i had to find that out the hard way after they serviced my vehicle and didn’t tell me they can’t balance the tires. Overall i wouldn’t come back here , i can write a paragraph but i really don’t feel the need i just won’t be coming back.
