Tire MD thoroughly inspected my 2015 Jeep Wrangler purchased in Spring 2015. They noted a number of issues with the front end suspension system. They performed the required repairs at the prices quoted. The Jeep now feels more stable while driving. Eddie and his team have always provided outstanding service.

Second time using the shop, and I was not disappointed. Had my truck towed in Monday afternoon due to a major coolant leak. Got a call before close with the issue, the gentleman didn’t have a quote yet as he had to call the dealer the next day but I appreciated being “kept in the loop”. Next morning promptly called with a quote, additionally had noted some other issues but didn’t try to upsell the items that could wait until after the holiday. Was told it would be done by today, and true to word it was and at the price quoted. Will not hesitate to continue to use this shop in the future. Honest and prompt service, what more can you ask for?

I had my car towed to Tire MD after it wouldn't start. The AAA tow truck driver said that " my starter was shot". After diagnosing the problem, the mechanic at Tire MD found that it was something else. They could have charged me for a new starter, and I wouldn't have known better, but they are thorough and honest and fair. They repaired my car and even offered to pick me up from my home in Warren when the car was ready. They go above and beyond, and I highly recommend using Tire MD for any car issues large or small.
