Made an appointment at 8am to have a muffler installed on my G37, Called ahead of time to see if my car being lowered would be an issue they said no. Showed up waited an hour just to be told my cars too low to make it on the ramps. Then the main guy catches an attitude with me after me explaining I had called ahead of time. Playin with my time especially sense I work night shift. Lack of communication skills, attitude adjustments need to be made and work ethic sucks. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good customers service.

Wow! knowledgeable, friendly,speedy, HONEST and so much more. Priced reasonably on a shoestring budget.Was able to get my car in unannounced and so many add ones I asked for ..they smiled and did it. Not a come back later or a smirk. A smile and service and no " Xtra " charges for ME being difficult! Definitely will be back for future work on my car!

My daughter drove over 100 mi to spend Christmas with myself and her sister and her family. She did not realize she had a bad wheel bearing. Day after Christmas called them, brought the car in and had it looked at. They replaced the bearing and informed me that there was another issue that would need attention but did not employ "scare" tactics to pressure me into having it done then. Great place to get work done. Because 1. Competent 2. Have integrity 3. Reasonable price 4. Compassionate

Had a new Cad converter assembly put on a few days the check engine light never went off so looked under the truck and the O2 sensors was even plugged in because the connector it plugs into was damaged.I don’t think they damaged it seems it was like that when I took it there.But instead of at telling me that it was and needed to be repaired he just never told me anything.I guess he didn’t want to repair it so they took the money and said have nice day.Thats not being honest he knew was broke.I thought about getting my wife some new tires there because I wanted to give them my business.Not anymore I only give my business to a honest shop.

Really good service. Talk freely with Ken who I only know by name on his shirt. Cool dude. Look my crap, gave ruff est. The lady at desk was super nice. They act like regular people. I like that. Truck sounds and runs great.
