Tire One

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is that's the only way you can leave a review, Robertson tire has the most incompetent, unprofessional employees I've ever experienced, the fellow that waited on me blatantly lied and even called names, I'll never go back and will spread the word on how I was treated. The Manager tried to make it better but that was after the fact.

Had a flight emergency and this tire shop took care of me. Started my morning rough with one flat. I get a spare on then have another tire go flat. It is the stuff of nightmares when there is a pending flight. All to say, I had AAA tow me to this tire shop and I have no regrets. They understood my emergency and made it possible for me to catch my flight on time. I got the two tires I wanted ordered, expedited and had them replaced in under thirty minutes. My tire shop back home doesn’t even come close to the quality and rapid service at Tire One. Thank you for being fluid and flexible in an industry that seems to be taking slower times on service. Your a diamond amongst tire shops.

Thank you Anson ans his team members for helping us incredibely . We got our coolant system broken and we had to head to stl . It was an emergency still they took time for us and they have helped us getting it fixed. They also let their family member drive for us and get a part for our car as they were no uber or travel service which was really overwhelming act . Thank you so much . They are really awesome ✨

I bought tires from here last week and my experience was great, they took care of me right away, they were so friendly and had my new tires on in less than an hour. Also they paid attention to detail as I had custom air caps and they put those on the new wheels instead of disposing of them with my old tires. I recommend Tire One (Gentry Tire)
