Amazing customer service! Johnathan really took the time to find the right size tires for the wheel i brought in. Him and Bruce make a great team! Definitely recommend this place. One of the best experiences i’ve ever had at a tire shop and my car is highly modified so it’s not easy to work on. Can’t thank them enough for the patience and white glove service!

This is my service provider of choice right now. I have been there twice and I am very satisfied with the services and pricing for what I needed. Staff is polite, respectful and engaging. The store is clean and work is done in a timely fashion. They are using best practices compared to other places I no longer invest in. I plan on keeping Tire Outlet as my repair team. No bs, no fluff and knowledgeable staff. I recommend all give them a chance to provide a really good customer experience . They pay attention to feedback here. Much respect!

I called Tire Outlet on Saturday looking for some more capable tires for my Santa Fe. They ordered exactly what I wanted and got them in shop in a couple of days. Installed this morning as soon as they arrived. EXCELLENT STAFF! EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thanks!

One star because the person at the counter was rude and tried to overcharge me. Usually, I’m given the quote before handing over my keys and I sign off to agree to the service, this time he told me someone would be over in a minute to do my paperwork but no one ever showed up. When I went to the counter to ask about the paperwork, he ignored me for five minutes before a asking what I wanted in a condescending tone, I said I’m here to do the paperwork and he snapped back at me, I told you someone else would do it. Well, no one ever did. At the end of an oil change he tried to charge me $169.00 I looked at him like are you serious and replied, “For an oil change?” He hit a few keys and took $40 off the price which is still robbery. The manager (Bruce) and staff at Tire Outlet are always friendly, caring and knowledgeable. It is convenient and you always get your car back the same day unlike some repair shops that keep your car for days! They will call an Uber for you if you live within a certain distance of the store. But the store is clean and they provide beverages if you want to wait for your car. The parts are a little pricey but prices have gone up everywhere so it's worth going to them for service compared to other nearby repair shops! We got the alternator and serpentine belt replaced and got a tune up and our car is running great!
