Every time I come here, it truly feels like a family atmosphere. My partner and I are always greeted with kindness and respect, not just as customers but as people. Jean and George go out of their way to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. Wonderful managers with wonderful technicians! They’re honest, patient, and genuinely care about making sure we leave happy and safe. Always help me with pricing when I only have a certain amount every single time..It’s rare to find a place where you feel valued every single visit, and that’s exactly why we keep coming back. Ill continue drive a hour just to be serviced by Tire Outlet family DONT MISS OUT. They ARE NOT just a business they family!!!!

Gene was a true professional from my phone call to the shop to hadeling my very specific request for tires. Very few people truly understand customer service. I do not give 5 star reviews often. I would highly recommend Tire Outlet for their prompt attention to my request, and Gene for his extraordinarily customer service!!!

Best oil change prices in town with FREE tire rotation!! Jean, the store manager, was top notch and really cares about his customers. Repeat custs came in because they are so satisfied with the service and treatment they get at Tire Outlet. One cust brought in brownies for Jean. I highly recommend them!!

Robert was warm, efficient, and professional. The vehicle needed rear brakes and rotors...plus we purchased 4 tires. Robert kept in constant contact and was clear about the process and the price. I was genuinely pleased.
