After you have purchased your tires, the guys help with your order to assure you have the right order. Exceptional great customer service. I have purchased MANY sets of tires and rims over the years from tire rack Always satisfied UNTIL NOW I bought a set of aluminum rims and snow tires for Corolla for my daughter - the rims failed - ruined the tires and tire rack will only offer me 20% off new rims These are brand new with maybe 2000 miles on them I was harassed, fogged, ignored, and simply told to fly a kite. NEVER again will I purchase from tire rack Better off buying from Walmart - they will homor any issues and make right at any location nation wide Screw tire rack I learned my lesson - they suck

I had many positive experiences ordering from Tire Rack over the years. After many many sets of tires I finally had a road hazard claim and dealing with the third party company to process this claim has been a royal pain in the ..........the portal is very vague and they will post "awaiting more information" without telling you what they need. In my case they wanted a photo of the invoice for the new tire I bought from Tire Rack ! This is when I realized I was not dealing with TR any longer but some outsourced third party outfit. I was so dissatisfied with this customer experience that I cancelled a high end set of tires that were on back order and due in in a few weeks. The order # is MU21801 in case TR wants to check.
