Tire shop dover

I am so thankful for this tire shop! I got a flat tire on Route 80 in the middle of the night, and their 24-hour roadside assistance was a lifesaver. They responded to my call within 15 minutes with professionalism and kindness. The technician worked quickly and efficiently to get my tire repaired and had me safely back on the road in no time. I highly recommend this company for emergency tire repair, roadside tire service, and flat tire assistance—excellent service all around!

I don't write a lot of reviews but this was one I absolutely had to write. I desperately needed a tire (a Michelin Pilot Sport ZP low profile runflat, a notoriously difficult tire to dismount and remount) repaired on short notice after a framing nail punctured the tread. My usual tire shop closes at 4 on Saturdays and is closed on Sundays but this had to be fixed before a long 6 AM drive. Called D&D after reading a raft of positive reviews and the response was "send me a picture of the tire" and then "I'll be there in 20 minutes." They were, and their work was top notch. I am obsessively meticulous about car maintenance—especially tires—and these guys do extremely professional work even on short notice, in a mobile environment, on a rainy Saturday night. Cannot recommend them highly

Had a blow out on a Sunday evening. Diego’s shop was not far from where we had our breakdown. We were back on the road within an hour and a half with a new tire. Fair pricing and good service. Thank you Diego!

Upcharges. Not helpful. I got a flat tire and had traveled 40 min to a nearby lake. Being far away from my home I decided to look up the nearest tire shop. I found this business and to begin with it was his home, not an actual tire shop, he told me to pull into his driveway. Then I had asked for a plug, he was charging me $40, when it normally costs $10. Due to desperate times, I had agreed even though I had questioned his pricing. When his pricing was questioned, he immediately dropped my vehicle from being lifted by the Jack and told me to go to a tire shop instead. Beyond upsetting. DO NOT RECOMMEND, NOT HELPFUL AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE WITH PRICING. Managed to make it home and paid $10 for a plug.

This guy is a life saver. I got a flat in the parking lot at my job. It was 630pm on a Sunday and he picked up the phone and came straight over to put a new tire on my rim. I even made a mistake on the tire I asked for because I didn’t know my front tires and back tires were different sizes and he came back the next day in the snow and replaced it for the correct size. Don’t waste your time going to a tire shop. This guy has used and new tires for whatever price you can afford and he doesn’t charge a fortune for labor. 10/5 stars for this guy.
