The only reason I am giving a 5 star review is because of Ali. He is the one who knows what he is doing, finds the correct problem and fixes it in a way that the problem is actually resolved. Everyone else appears to be doing things to make money rather than fixing the problem, I am disappointed in the management for taking customers for granted, please hire more technical guys like Ali who are actually interested in resolution via their expertise and experience rather than doing a shoddy job
