Tire Station

First time at this location. Needed alignment on a car which just came from the bodyshop. The shop waiting area is very clean and well kept. The bathroom also very clean. The work area also very clean. New state of the art equipment. Brand new machines, which appear to be top of the line. Friendly staff. Specially the young man at the front counter. A total gentleman. Big friendly smile. Spoke to me very nice on the phone and also in person. Makes you feel welcomed. Got the alignment done in a flash. The tech was also very friendly. They gave me a print out showing the adjustments made. The work is guaranteed for 30 days, so you can come back within those 30 days and have them take a look at your car again, in the unlikely event that you feel that the alignment needs to be adjusted again.

November 14, 2025 I brought my 2018 Silverado in for a water pump issue and was quoted $980. After telling them I had a warranty, they only gave me the water pump—not the thermostat or assembly. They told me those parts didn’t need replacement, yet my final bill came out to $866.70, including charges for the thermostat and labor I was told weren’t needed. They never showed or returned the old thermostat, which makes me question whether they replaced anything at all. My cousin warned me they had overcharged her and her father, and I should’ve listened. I paid $866 for overheating issues, and my truck is overheating again today. This place is a dishonest, quick-cash shop with zero integrity. Don’t even bother coming here! These people don’t care about you. Only their money. I came here because I had a nail on my tire and only wanted a patch. The tells me the tire doesn’t work and shows me some dumb defects in my tire and tell me that if I drive if I am driving at my own risk. He tells me I need to replace the whole tire and I only came to get a patch. I got this tire 6 months ago brand new so I know it doesn’t have any defects. He tried to sell me a brand new tire when I didn’t need one at all. I came to the place right next door and they tell me my tire is perfectly fine and all I need is a patch. THESE PEOPLE WILL PLAY AND LIE TO YOUR FACE. Don’t even bother entering this place at all. Go to the place next door called Miramar Tires

I have done a couple oil changes at the Tire Station in North Miami, off the 441. There was a disturbing situation where I was wondering if oil was leaking from my vehicle, and I asked the technician after he completed the oil change if he saw anything unusual under the car (the vehicle is low to the ground making it difficult to see under it). He quickly said everything was OK. The next visit I made to this store I made sure to look under the car myself while it was on the lift, and was shocked to see transmission oil leaking from the oil reservoir. Not only that, but the CV joints were becoming deteriorated, to the point that the steering wheel was pulling to the right.
