Tire Store Service Center

Very disappointing experience here. We brought our car in for a simple tire balance and specifically told them to wear clean gloves and be careful because the steering wheel is red suede. When the car was returned, the suede steering wheel was dirty and damaged. You can clearly see in the photos that the suede is matted and stained where it was handled. The texture is completely different from the rest of the wheel. On top of that, the tire balance wasn’t even done correctly, so we had to bring the car back again. When we pointed out the damage, the manager immediately claimed it was “old,” which it absolutely was not. Some of the workers were even laughing about it instead of taking the issue seriously. I’ve had two visits to this car service center so far. They’ve done my alignment and just today, my oil change. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions and make sure I’m not wasting my time. And the best part? Their prices are incredibly reasonable. You won’t find a better deal anywhere else.

we had our timing belt worked on here and we are so pleased with The Tire Store’s service and mechanical knowledge! they exceeded our expectations and offered us a great price! we have since taken our car to get a few oil changes and they are exceptional at that as well! their service was quick and they kept all of the promises made for the work they quoted us to do. we are very happy with this shop and their trustworthiness! we will continue to use The Tire Store (Denton) for our family’s car needs!
