I brought in two tires that I had already purchased and needed them installed. The staff was friendly, professional, and handled everything without any issues. Even though I walked in without an appointment, the wait time was very reasonable. They did a clean and efficient job installing and balancing the new tires, the whole process was smooth from start to finish and price was reasonable compared to other shops in the area.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, respectful, and epitomize professionalism. Their prices are very, very reasonable and I ended up paying less than original estimate, but the level of service is what stands out to me. Thank you Phillip, Matt, and Dave. Your hard work is much appreciated and I will return for other needs because of the way I was treated from the moment I arrived until the time I departed. I apologize to the nice lady I spoke to on the phone who advised that my vehicle was ready because I forgot to ask for her name so I could include her in my review.

Scratched all of my brand new rims when installing them. Had a kid put the center caps on with nothing to protect the rim and he didn’t know what he wasn’t doing. Charged me $100 for $35 lug nuts. Went into the shop to get the owner’s information and was greeted by an employee that reeked of alcohol. He took me into the shop so he could write down the information and the whole place smelled like a bar. Now the owner is ignoring me after sending pictures of the damages.

Very expensive for their used tires. Had a wheel alignment done and it was still off. Was over charged for it and when I made appointments to correct the mechanic wasn't available. And then I was told that he quit. So, no mechanic available, my alignment was never corrected. They don't get my business anymore. Use at your own risk.

Had my tires installed here. During installation, they cross-threaded the valve stem core, damaging both the valve stem and the core. After leaving, I also noticed significant vibration, which confirmed the wheels were not balanced properly. I had to pay an additional $100 at another shop (a local tire kingdom) to fix both issues. Stay away.
