I have been a customer for years. Springdale is my go place, but it is great to have a store in Rogers and Fayetteville that have additional inventory. I have been there enough that the guys at the counter know me. I recommend Tire Trax to all my friends and co-workers. Fair prices, great service and good inventory.
We came here on a road trip for a tire rotation after realizing our tread was wearing very unevenly. Firstly, they upsold us to a tire replacement. We already had 4 tires purchased at home and didn’t want to pay for more tires but they sold us used ones just to get us home. Immediately we noticed a low tire pressure in one of the tires and had them top it off before driving away. An hour later after our brunch reservation, we came out to one of the new used tires at 7 psi. They had installed a tire that was leaking. Either they knowingly installed a trash tire or were too negligent to notice the leak EVEN after we complained about low pressure. The shop had closed for the day so we weren’t able to get it fixed before heading back home. Discount Tire in Rogers helped us out with much better
From what I observed by watching the front desk associates, and the men working in the bays, they were knowledgeable, customer friendly and tried to meet the needs of each customer. They were busy when I was there but got my tires on relatively quick, I had to wait a while on the alignment but I knew that before I went. Over all I was satisfied with my experience, I will probably use them again in the future. I would recommend Tire Tracks for your tire needs if you have never tried them.
I’ve always had great customer service at Tire Tracks! Yesterday, they took extra time to explain some concerning areas and how to take care of it. I really appreciate them keeping my family safe on the road.
Fast and amazing service. Used tires at a great deal. Seriously got 4 used ones for 200 before tax. Can't beat it considering my tires are size 17 and that costs to much most other places. Had me in and out in under 45 minutes
