Tire Warehouse

I absolutely love this location and the quality service I receive from real people who genuinely care about keeping me and other customers safe on the road. Jarrod, Hunter and Justin are assets to this shop and absolutely deserve a raise to ensure they stay here where the customers are loyal to them because of their work and care of customers, including like myself.

I had called for a appointment. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. They said that they had my tire size in stock. I wanted winter tires. At the appointment I was told that they did not in fact have any winter tires in the size I needed. Okay, I told them all season tires were fine. I did not really have a choice, the wear bars on my current set of tires were showing. Momo, the new manager, who told me he "has been there only two weeks," and his crew then went into the warehouse and found a full set of tires and proceeded to install them on my car. The problems he was having with the inventory was probably due to the previous manager. The customer waiting area was a lot more open than I had ever seen in the past. There were also a lot more chairs for customers to sit in instead

Flatlander here. I limped over here from Springfield VT on 3.5 tires late on a Sunday afternoon and these guys swapped out my bad tire quickly and efficiently. I got home in one piece and they probably saved me at least two days of headaches. Great, friendly service.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST! Never have I had to deal with such poor customer service or incompetence. Went in with a flat tire Sunday early afternoon. Told it couldn't be fix. They would get the tire from another place and it would be done Monday. Monday afternoon, I called for update. Told they would pick it up that night and would be fixed Tuesday. Tuesday night. 6:30pm. Had a friend stop by to check cuz they hadn't picked up the phone all day. She was told the manager spaced it and was on his way to get it now. Wednesday morning. Still not picking up their phone. But hey, they picked up when my friend called. Wally (the manager) told her he spaced it and was gonna do it now. Hubby just picked up the tire. They told him I dropped it off yesterday. OBVIOUS LIE. Then wanted money for the roads

Greetings tire warehouse employees. What a great bunch guys over there. I was late getting there and they made room for me. With temperatures in the single digits it didn't stop them from braving the cold changing my tires outside. I'm giving them the credit they deserve, excellent job well done. Boston Joe
