Tire Warehouse

I made an appointment b/c I had a sway in the front end of my car. I asked for a tire check and assumed I needed an alignment. I was going out of town… My car was done quickly and when I got the bill I was pleasantly surprised. I had expected the worst but they only needed to balance the tires. No alignment needed 🤗. When they found out I was traveling… they cam out and did a quick lug nut check on the tires. These people were great. Friendly and efficient! I will definitely go back when I need tires.

I set an appointment earlier this week for a new set of tires. The day before the appointment I received a confirmation text, then the day of the appointment I got another confirmation text. I got to their shop and they said that the tires weren't in yet, but they had some other ones that would work. One set was $200 more, another set was $100 more. I told them to call me when they were in. Then when I got home I thought better of it, and called and cancelled the tires. Maybe if you don't have the tires that someone ordered you could call them before they get there? Also, the TV blasting FOX News in the waiting room didn't do the place any favors. I'll go anywhere else in town.

Horrible Experience! I made an appointment to have snow tires put on. I showed up early only to find out that appointments are completely meaningless. I was told there were 4 to 5 people in front of me and it is unknown how long the wait would be. There is a disconnect from their corporate office to the brick and mortar site. The gentleman at the store was nice. He said corporate does this all the time and they have no idea of their schedule. Unfortunately, I wasted an hour going and coming and got nothing out of it. Had I known I could’ve dropped my car off and planned appropriately. They should not make appointments if they are meaningless.

Tire Warehouse is the place to go! I wasn't sure if I needed a new tire or if they could repair it.. they were able to repair it. They were so helpful and honest. I will definitely return when I need to buy new tires. Jan Paxton

This was simply the worse customer experience of my entire life. I arrived for a quick snow tire changover fifteen minutes before my appointment time. THREE hours and fifteen minutes later, i got my car back. The management was rude, and instead of calling customers and telling them they were backed up, they continued to make appointments for people. I missed an entire chunk of my work day. Inconsiderate people there.
