Great service got 4 goodyear tires they were busy but got in and out without a long wait time every thing done professionally

I have had two of my vehicles serviced here this year. The gentleman was absolutely wonderful scheduling my appointments. The fellows who worked on my vehicles were thorough and competent. They also were respectful of the interior of the vehicle. NO black smears left on my doors etc. (Many garages leave a mess).

My husband and I have utilized Tire Warehouse twice now. Both times we had a nail in our tire. On those occasions the friendly staff helped us. They even helped me find the reading of tire pressure on my car’s dashboard. I would recommend them as they were recommended to us; by Fletchers in Brattleboro. A great business with fabulous service.

Signed up for an appointment and showed up and discovered that my online appointment had not gone through and I had to come back a week later. I patiently came back a week later, got tires changed, but got in the can and they had thrown four wet, dirty tires in without any bags. Mud all over the back of my clean van and grease prints on my door, grease on my steering wheel and a dirty Kleenex on my steering wheel column. If you care about the interior of your vehicle this ain’t the place to go. Very disappointing.

Jared was extremely professional, friendly and efficient. He got me in for an appointment even though the online appointment scheduling system didn’t notify him that the appointment was confirmed. (5 stars for him and the team) While the online scheduler “Karen” was friendly, I didn’t like being duped that they were actually on site in West Chesterfield, NH.
