Tire & Wheel Mart

My coworker friend recommended his friend's shop as I needed new tires and I felt like Costco had raised their prices. Tire & Wheel Mart owner Ali recommended their Dunlap all weather tires guaranteed 80k miles which were equal to the Michelin all weather tires I had previously. They came in $200 cheaper than Costco and they also included free tire rotations every 5k miles just like Costco. I was able to get in and out under 30 min and customer service was great. I could feel the difference when driving away how smooth the ride was. No issues with install at all. I def prefer supporting small businesses and will def be back!

I have a choice to purchase my new tire or wheel from a national chain, a wholesale club, or a huge, well-known company in Sacramento. However, Tire & Wheel Mart on Fulton Ave is the best choice when I need new tires or wheels. They have the most friendly service and the best reasonable price in town. They have many tires in stock, or they can special order them for you for less than other tire or wheel shops in the area. I usually have my car in and out of there in 45 minutes to one hour. They are my first choice in Sacramento.

They helped me find the right tires for my vehicle without trying to upsell or push anything unnecessary. The service was fast, and they got me back on the road in no time. Not sure what these guys did but they did an absolute junk job, did NOT tighten the lug nuts on my car, 3 lugs about to fall straight off and 2 barely held tight. Could have died on the freeway, felt a weird vibration and shaking in my passenger front wheel. This also ruined my hub ring adapter or maybe they just put on a random shit one that did not fit. 2008 Scion xB if you guys wanna talk call me you guys got my contact. Very disappointed. I have videos for proof. I dont expect a compensation but one would be appreciated. Just putting this review out here for a warning.

I've only used Tire and Wheel Mart for the past 8 years and have always been extremely satisfied with their work and customer service. Best deals on new tires and quick service. 5/5. They've never tried to upsell me once, always perfect customer service.
