I had a screw sticking in one of the tires. Brought my car to this place. Spoke with Hayden who was very nice and told me what I needed to know about my case. I eventually replaced the tires as recommended because they are 6 years old and showed signs of wearing. He helped me looked for some tires that were not only good ones but would save me some money: All the staff here are very knowledgeable of what they are doing and very professional and friendly: it felt like I have known them long time ago when it was only my first time to be here. They are so nice to accommodate me for my new tires alignment as I had to come back to do it. This location is particularly great. Hayden is one of the most professional service writers I've ever dealt with and trust me I know this industry. My own farher was head service writer at Ford for 40 years, so I can really appreciate someone as professional as Hayden is. He was definitely knowledgeable which seems to stem from his personal interests in the automotive industry. After selecting this location to replace brakes and rotors, Hayden was very polite, and worked with me to take advantage of store specials, and they even stayed open late to get er' done for me. 100% A+ service! These guys are the best. I have 4 cars with Tire Works, and they took care of the cars perfectly. Best thing is, they are the most honest guys ever. Never overcharge, always on time, never recommend other than necessary items. Oil change specials never increase. FREE TIRE ROTATION with EVERY OIL CHANGE. Free tire fix and even putting air. I would not look anywhere else. Recently bought 4 new tires and gave me the best deal in town. I SUPER HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS.
