Joe was awesome in his work! I purchased (4) tires, after the work was completed I was informed they only accepted cash! I don't walk around with hundreds of dollars in cash. Anyways I was judged by another employee whom pretty much stated I wouldn't be back to pay for my service! I'm a god fearing woman who knows you reap what you sow ! I left credit cards driver license pretty much my entire wallet as calaterarel 10 minutes later I returned and paid my bill and gave a nice tip to JOE for his trust and understanding, letting the other gentleman know NOT EVERYONE IS DISHONEST, ESPECIALLY NOT ME ! Came to get a tire for my mom's car. The first one they tried was bad. So he grabs another. Puts it on. Few hours later tire pressure light is on. Not even gon a go back. They not making more off me for their bad tire.

In the spring of 2024, a great man worked here, he always did his job well, and if something was wrong, I always came here on purpose, although it was not close to me. He could even temporarily seal the side cut so that he could get home slowly. And now it's August 2025 and a very lazy dude works here, he works as if he's doing a favor, I had to change 4 wheels, I came to him twice and instead of saying yes or no, he starts telling me how many cars he has and how hard it is for him and that he leaves at 7:30. I came here for a plug (flat fix). Dude charged $20, seems high compared to my area. Regardless, he didn’t put my hubcap on tight enough and I lost that hubcap the next day. He also put the money in his pocket which felt odd to me too

Got a tire for 60 then it pops up wit a perfectly round hole so naturally I take it back get it plugged which held for two days before the plug came out now I go back and the tire is completely ruined and they try charge me 70 for another tire when I wouldn’t need one if they plugged it right the first time very poor customer service n no integrity they jus want a fast buck lost me for ever
