I have been trying to resolve an issue with the credit department for months now, Cynthia always tells me she will call me to update but has yet to resolve my issue. One of their workers used my father’s business account and now they are trying to charge us for the tires that they acquired without consent or permission. She has been extremely rude and continues to persist that she is not allowed to do anything because it was sent to collections after I told her that we didn’t make these orders. Worst tire distributors I have ever dealt with. She has also hung up on me twice, even after being understanding and patient. She is is suppose to be working in the credit department but has no idea what happens if there is fraud in their corporation? What an embarrassment. Definitely won’t be order

Good tires and prices, the Big problems is customer service, is disgusting, bad attention, the employees see you like a trash, they currently see you like an stupid and they gonna tell them, just because we don't understand the system that they use,
