Tires 21 Haines City

As soon as you get here you know you are in a great place. Customer service was awesome and they hooked me up with some nice tires at a great price. I got these 2 Yokohama tires for $100!!! Balanced and all. They make sure it’s up to air and there aren’t any leaks. Bonus points for a having a pet dog and cat at the shop. haha

Not a good experience. Had a bad tire, was driving on donut, I called them asking if they had my tire. They said they had it, then on the way driving to them I got another flat, resulting in asking for two tires and being towed there. One tire they gave me, was low on air, wasn’t until I drove on it for a few days and it became flat. They gave me a tire with a hole in it making it slowly lose air. The other tire I bought was over priced any how. Gave me false information on how bad the tread was. BAD EXPERIENCE.

Dont waste your gas driving here! We went there on a Saturday and they were closed way before the posted hours. Since the sign said open on Sunday from 10-3pm we decided to come back Sunday. When we arrived on Sunday they were closed again. We waited a little bit but no one came. This place was a 40 min drive from our home and it was recommended to us by a friend. I was extremely disappointed with the wasted trip. We gave our business to the tire shop down the street, "Family tire," on the next day, Monday.

There’s a old guy the very disrespectful that works I don’t know if he’s the owner or what he Curse at Customers for his mistakes and changes the prices if he is angry ima influencer I have a 172k followers all around Florida and Polk and my own clothes line I will be doing a video on this place informing my followers the situation and where not to go and as business person this place needs to let somebody else talk to customers or teach him how to communicate better I’m a very nice person was respectful the whole time I have to have surgery soon so when I go places, I don’t look to be even more stressed out than what I already am thank u have a blessed day god bless

Place is accessible and staff was welcoming and friendly. They had my tire in stock, price was very fair, and installation was quick :)
