Tires 4 Less

These guys did an incredible job. Luis helped us get our brakes replaced same on that same day even though they were busy. They also have guys that are part-time mechanics and they were able to pin down what was wrong with my brake lights (they kept burning out because the harness was broken). When they got me taken care of, I thought the bill was going to be at least twice - it was the best price I had seen. These guys are the best in Tri-Cities.

Extremely nice staff. Hot day, they came out to check tire pressure and fill, with no purchase. Definitely getting tires here if I'm in need.

This is the $135 dollar paper weight sold to me by this Garbage company. 3 weeks ago. When It happened I was told a check was mailed to me for a refund. When check didn't arrive I called and the owner return my call. We made plans to meet for a cash refund the following weekend. Now the owner has flaked on that promise as well. So I'm gonna have to Sue over something so petty. The owners reply is bring it on! With many options of used tires in the valley make this one your last choice. I only have one star because zero wasn't an option.

Tires 4 Less really helped us out in a pinch. Albert and crew were the best and took care of us right away. More businesses would benefit from providing good customer service leading to a superior overall customer experience. This small shop gets it - why can’t the bigger shops get it?

I went to Tires 4 Less to repair a tire and had a very bad experience. When I asked if they could check the tire on my vehicle, the person who attended me —with a very aggressive attitude, as if forced to work on a Sunday— only said it would cost $35 plus tax, without even checking the problem first. This felt very unprofessional and not customer-oriented. I hope they improve their service, because the first impression they give is one of disinterest and bad attitude.
