Tires and alignment shop

came here to get an alignment, he starts working on my car 3 mins later another customer comes and he just forgets about my car and works on there’s. when i’ve already been waiting here for 30 mins. don’t recommend. very overpriced for alignment as well. was in need of one on sunday while everything was closed but do not come here.

I wished I would have read the reviews before coming. I suggest strongly to not come here , I originally came for a aligment I waited inside once done the guy tells me it's 65 I pay and as soon as I get my car I notice the vehicle is the same as before I ask for a aligmet report and he says the printer was not connected and that he was going to tell me that the vehicle did not really need to be aligned instead i need a new front wheel which cost another 65 so i ask him to align the vehicle again after the wheel change end of story they are sketchy and are not upfront or honest

The women works at the shop she’s so annoying. Her tone is so rude . She act like superwomen and she don’t let the customer talk . I have done my alignment and the guy who works in the shop told me to bring the car back and re do the alignment for free . But she refused! She refused and when I told her to speak to the guy I spoke with she refused .. I will definitely dispute the charge with my bank .. because I don’t have any other option I hope the other people at the shop read this

Purchased tires here in December that experience was great. In March my sensors tell me a tire is low at this time I discovered that during the tire rotation that all my sensors have been moved around. I stopped in today to see if a used tire is available for purchase after purchasing these in December to be told that they only have new and it's 150 dollars. I'll pass on that. Thank you though.

I called to ask about a tire, and the woman who answered was so rude and she immediately hung up. When I called back and let her know about this, she seemed completely indifferent. Worst ever!
