HORRIBLE customer service. We sent a driver to pick up a tire, was given the wrong one, went back to swap it, and they only gave him the invoice for the difference in amount. I called to ask for the invoice to be emailed to us, and the lady who answered the phone was rude immediately. "We dont have access to that." I was like "you dont have a computer....?" And she raises her voice, saying "well we have a computer but we cant use an email and im not about to take a picture of it on my own phone so I can email from my personal email." So I was like "...thats very strange..." and she says "thats the way we work for everyone all the time you can send him back to come pick it up but we will not email you." I just said "thats very strange" and she was trying to cut me off that whole time but I
Tires Direct on Folsom Blvd., has been around forever...I visited again today for my overdue tire rotation (same set of tires I purchased in 2019!🫢 but going strong..Such a nice and friendly atmosphere including the mechanics..another day of what I call "alittle car pampering"...Returning in the summer to do some upgrading! 5☆☆☆☆☆
Veronica is an absolute angel!! I came in for a tire replacement and they had me in and out in about 20 minutes and very reasonably priced!! Highly recommend this tire shop!
I had brought my car here in September after I got a blowout on the freeway they replaced my tire and didn’t tighten any of the lug nuts and I didn’t know that until today I kept feeling weird vibrations from that side the last few weeks and finally today I’ve got a loud squeaking screeching sound and took it into a shop by my house and they looked at it and asked who Worked on this tire last and I told them and they said your Tire was centimeters from flying off due to this shop not double checking the work and tightening my lugs! DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!! When I called to tell them what they did the person that answered laughed at me when I told him!
