Tires King of Miami 2

Brought in my vehicle for an alignment asking them if they have experience with Land Rover. Told me oh yeah we did an Urus yesterday which has similar suspension and air shocks and all. After working on the car for an hour the technician got angry and told me I can’t do this and the lady at the counter in a smug way told me that well we can’t figure it out so we’re not charging you? No apology nothing and my wheel is way off center now and they completely botched the job. Here’s a picture. Technicians name was Julio. All the negative reviews are correct this place is absolutely horrible.

Incompetent staff, terrible service! I came here for new tires, one tire was only held by one knot rather than the 5 it requires! they forgot or they didn’t tight them up enough that went missing while driving. I drove around with only one knot on my tires for a while, risking to lose a tire while driving and getting rolled over and killed!! They offered to replace the knots, but they gave me aftermarket instead of the original Mercedes that the car came with when I asked them to replace for the originals, they refused! I am still Missing one knot the Mercedes locking knot that they refused to cover and replace. CAREFUL HERE! Badly ran business with very incompetent staff.

I didn’t have a great experience at Tire King of Miami 2. Every single worker I encountered had an unwelcoming expression. No one smiled or made me feel comfortable. When I came in for an alignment, I felt like they were doing me a huge favor just by taking my car in. On top of that, the worker assigned to my vehicle didn’t seem to have all the necessary tools and was constantly stopping to look for equipment, which didn’t inspire much confidence. The building itself is nice and well-maintained, but unfortunately the service was below average and didn’t match the appearance of the shop.

Changed the oil which I brought myself. Not everyone offers such a service and mostly they try to sell their own oil and you never know what is it, but not this place. They even carry that European brand, which is nice. The price was reasonable and quick. P.S. Don’t forget to tip the guys.

Ladies be careful… Came here for an oil change and tried to charge me more than what it was when I had originally came the first time. The first time I went for an oil change, the receptionist was honest and gave me correct pricing for an oil change off the bat, but the second time, there’s a different receptionist, her attitude was disappointing and tried to charge me more than what it was the first time. I shouldn’t have to go on my phone, check my receipt from last time to correct the price for an oil change. You would think they’re honest, but no.
