Tires: New & Used | Hernan Alvarez

I only go to Hernan when I need tire or wheels help. He’s plugged 3 tires, setup my new wheels & tires, and replaced my tire pressure sensors. All for super reasonable prices. Her in is great, only go to him for tire stuff. I hate having tire problems, but I know where to go!

I got used tire from them, and I also specifically asked the tire I wanted from them, they installed the wrong one, and beside that, after I left, like after an hour my tire became flat. And there is also no customer service, the other guy who is not the owner changed my tire and he barely spoke and only become more friendly when it was time to pay. Ofc you do not expect that much customer service from tire shop but still. And I am not sure why this place has 4.8 tbh. Maybe others have good experience but not me.

Replaced my flat with a used tire and I was back on the road in 20 minutes, really helped me out of a pinch

Went here for a flat tire. The business looked very sketchy - I tried opening the door for customers but it was locked, and as I was about to leave (I’m assuming the owner) stopped me and asked how could he help. I told him about my flat tire, he asked me to bring it in. He never quoted me a price either - that was until I asked while he began working. He gave me an outrageous price, but we both “agreed” on one set price. When the job was finished he took my card, attempted to charge the “original price” he quoted me trying to make more money and I didn’t appreciate that he lied on our agreed price. Great experience! We discovered a screw in our front tire on our way out of town. They had it patched up and got us back on the road in 20 minutes! Super reasonably priced, too!
