Tires Plus

My experience with Tires Plus in Alpharetta was beyond exceptional this visit. I encountered road debris Friday morning that disabled two rear tires on my Chevy Silverado 3500 HD Dually. I called Tires Plus and spoke with Jaime. Jaime indicated that he could get me 2 new tires within 2 hours and have me going again by the end of the day. A more than reasonable timeline! Once the wrecker arrived with my truck, I checked in with Chris. Chris was courteous and handled my paper work flawlessly. Thank you! Jaime, Chris, and their team did exactly what they said they would do. I am grateful for that. The next time I need Tires Plus Services… I will look to Jaime, Chris, and their team to get it done in the same manner they did this week . THANK YOU to Jaime and Chris! Great work!!

Shop did a good service by me when James let me know of a clog of customers around my online appointment time and we were able to reschedule to a less busy slot. Alignment was handled promptly (although printer not working prevented me from getting printout of alignment results). I was a bit shocked at the cost of recommended maintenance($58 for a license tag bulb replacement?)

The entire team was extremely professional and helpful. They got my alignment done in almost no time and had me right out the door! Franklin was especially helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and was so patient with me. His demeanor was very kind and engaging. Jamie was also helpful and well-versed on all company information. They both had amazing soft skills. Communication and auto work are top tier here!

Franklin, the service manager, was very helpful. I remember being impressed with how he represented his store when I called I assumed he was the store manager. He handled my appointment with integrity and got his store a loyal customer, as long as he’s there. Grateful and looking forward to seeing him again soon 🙏🏼

Fantastic customer service and always provides the most affordable options and helps make considerations on what can wait to be done vs what needs to actually get fixed right now. They do not try to upsell you, which I appreciate. Excellent work on my car both times that I've been there. Took my car to them initially because two of my friends have had great experiences too and thus far I have as well! Highly recommend.
