Tires Plus

Today we had a very disappointing experience at this location. We went in to replace the two front tires on our cargo van, and the employee assisting us told us the van “does not fit” and that they could not perform the service. What makes this frustrating is that we previously replaced tires for the same cargo van (just a different color) at this exact location without any issues, when we were assisted by another employee. The lack of consistency and the refusal without a clear technical explanation caused us to waste time and disrupted our work schedule. If there are specific size or equipment limitations, those policies should be clear and consistently applied — not dependent on who is working that day. We expected better professionalism and customer service.

Doing them justice with even leaving 1 star. I had a very disappointing experience at this tire shop. When I arrived, the person at the desk didn’t acknowledge me for at least 20 minutes she stayed on the phone the entire time. Once she finally spoke to me, I was told they couldn’t change my tire because they “didn’t have the time ,” even though it was still over an hour before closing. They never asked what kind of tire I had, what the issue was, or even bothered to take a look to see if it could be plugged. The lack of effort and customer service was unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.

Team did an amazing job with keeping me informed on the timing to get fixed, and went above to get the part that day versus waiting multiple days to order and come back. Very satisfied with the service provided and well done. I will definitely be back! Thank you all again.

I had such a lovely experience at Piemont Tire’s Plus location! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Rep Oscar especially went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied, and I truly appreciated his efforts.

I got a brand new, sharp screw stuck in my tire while staying at a hotel in Buckhead. I stopped by Tires Plus to take a look at the puncture after I managed to get it out to drive over to the shop. The staff was super friendly and immediately offered to do the soapy water test. Luckily they found that there was no real puncture when the soap did not bubble! I highly recommend this Tires Plus location for your tire needs. Helpful, accommodating, and punctual!
