Tires Plus

I’ve been coming to this garage for years. Through multiple managers and technicians. Bought at least 6 sets of tires. They are very honest and quick. They treat me like a local or regular for the business regardless of familiarity. I like having the lifetime balance, rotation, and alignment with all my vehicles. Only thing that could make it better is Shane Gillis working the front desk.

From the moment I walked in, the staff specifically the service advisor, Vince was incredibly courteous and professional. They took the time to clearly explain the different tire options available for my budget and driving habits, without any high-pressure upsell tactics. Quick and Quality Work

Best shop in town, came here initially for a nail in my tire, they fixed that quickly, and when I needed new tires, I knew where to come! Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly! I was back in today with another nail, Matt was super helpful, even though they were busy they fixed it right up! If you need tires this is your place! I was worried bc it was a Sunday, but they are open until 5!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Unfortunately we dropped off our truck to get new tires, & they completely ruined the rims. Both front & back. They lied about it, but eventually owned up & paid out a fraction of what the rims were worth. Wouldn’t even cover all 4. I would recommend to avoid at all costs. See video for full details + proof.

If you are in the Cape, I strongly recommend this shop to everyone. Matt and Theo and the rest of the guys truly love what they do and I enjoy the car care conversations we have. They have been maintaining my 2016 truck with 154,000 on it and it is still running fantastic! I recently added my new car to their roster and I know they will continue the love! In addition, all my friends take their vehicles there by passing the expensive dealership service and they love the shop too.
