I scheduled an appointment for a tire installation, mount and balance. The team did an outstanding job. I had an issue with the clearance of my wheel weights due to having an upgraded brake kit after the fact. I noticed, my weights hitting my caliper due to the placement. Also my rear wheel weights feel off due to the freezing temperatures recently in the area. The team agreed to rebalance the wheels and re-mount the wheel weights due to these issues. Friendly people, busy shop which is a good thing but they still got me in and out in a timely manner. Special thanks to Marwin! But over-all, thank you TirePlus team.

I booked an appointment online for an oil change. I arrived and was serviced promptly. My service was completed in a timely manner. I’m always pleased with the service I received at my Capitol heights location. I appreciate the store manager, Kwame. His customer service is excellent.

Kwame made a promise to have my car out in a day after NTB held it for 3 days without even looking at it. He called me the next day at 10am to tell me it was ready! Great service and servicemen!

I came to the 8850 Walker Mill Road location because I inadvertently deflated my air pressure. Without an appointment, Martin with a professional and friendly demeanor put the air back in my tires. He also took the time to explain to me how to properly use the air pump. This is great customer service. He went beyond the normal call of duty! Ask for Martin, he provides friendly and professional service. I will be a customer of this establishment. I was so pleased and grateful for the service of Martin. Cheryl Robinson
