Tires Plus

One of the better experiences we’ve had. We were chasing an odd ball tire size for our vintage Audi project. The team was more than helpful, had the tires the next day, and mounted/ balanced on a Sunday. One of the tires had a slow leak due to a defective bead and again, the team was very quick to address. Keep doing what you’re doing. Good customer service is hard to find!

My service advisor, Morgan was amazing as always. She always explains everything clearly and has a lot of enthusiasm. I have been having my vehicles serviced at the Evendale location for several years. I have zero complaints and today was no different. I rolled out with new tires on my Ford Escape at a good price.

A friend of mine referred me to Michel Tire Plus and my first time experience was nice better than any other auto shop I been too. Did more than required they reprogrammed my tpms for me. The staff was awesome. Danielle was so sweet I loved her. I'm definitely coming back. They just gained a new customer in me.

Joe and Danielle were so brave to stay at the store in spite of the crazy snow day we had the other day. They were excellent and worked quickly to get my tire repaired! Thanks so much. You both are wonderful!!
