⭐️ Tires Plus – Poor Communication & Major Inconvenience I’ve been a loyal customer of Tires Plus for a long time, and I expected a simple routine visit for an oil change and two additional services. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing from start to finish due to a complete lack of communication and follow-through. After they finished working on my car, no one clearly discussed any issues or recommendations. Nothing was explained in person, and they didn’t even send the report to my email like they said they would. What made matters worse was that when I got my car back, a warning light came on immediately — something that wasn’t on before the visit. If I can put zero stars I would they literally would’ve took more then 2 hrs just to change one tire with a balance I literally told them I’ll install in myself just put my rim on the new tire then I went and put the tire in my self and still got charge full price 103$ SLOWEST AND WORST TIRE SPOT IF YOUR ON THE GO Guy in the front made it a problem that I told them I’ll do it myself because of how slow there were taking NEVER COMING BACK HERE

Always have great service been going here for many many years, professional and very nice staff they will always have my business ..also the mileage is now wrong it should be reading 36,910 when I left see pic is shows B6955.8 how does this happen?? One last thing, staff shouldn't ask customers to place a review on Google not cool, that is up to the customer to decide if they want to place a review or not
