Tires Plus

I have to say that this was probably the best experience I have had in getting my tire fixed! I had a nail in my tire , I went to them on Monday morning and was greeted with a smile , they had the Mercedes tire in stock which was amazing and within an hour I was done. The customer service that their General manager Jason Villanueva provided was above and beyond my expectations! Walking in auto shops as a woman can be an intimatidating experience but everyone was extremely professional. And put my mind at ease immediately. This place definitely needs a gold star rating🙌

As usual they did a great job. My concerns were personally addressed by the duty manager and afterwards explained exactly what was done with buy vehicle. The service technician did an excellent job with the tire balance and wheel alignment. The vibration that was there before is now gone and my car drives perfect. Thank you for all the excellent work.

I had a flat tire that needed repaired and I brought it to this shop first thing in the morning. These guys value customer service. They got me in right away and fixed my flat tire within the hour! Highly recommend going here!

I had such a great experience at tires plus in Davenport! All of the staff was amazing and knowledgeable offered me the best price for a set of four new tires as well as pointed out what was wrong with the current ones! I am very leery of trusting mechanic shops. Not this place great experience trustworthy will definitely Be going back for any other needs!!
