Tires Plus

I had a wonderful experience, tire plus came in clutch when I needed help. Honestly, I didn’t believe anyone was gonna help me because it was basically, you know, less than an hour till closing. When I arrived, they said they could help me with my car. I didn’t even wait that long; my tire was replaced. I had an excellent experience with customer service. They were very professional. Marquise was fantastic as well.

Visited today, low tire pressure. Extremely cold out, they were great! He came out and helped and filled my tire, and also had helpful advise for me! Great service!

I was from out of town with low tire pressure on a cold Iowa day after Thanksgiving and they filled my tires for NO cost and taught me about nitrogen air versus regular air. I realized late Saturday night that my tire pressure was low. I have a Neverflat device, that I have never used and thought I would try it Sunday morning before I went to work at 9. Unsuccessful. So I googled places in Des Moines that would be open on Sunday morning. I drove to Tires Plus on my way to work. The OPEN sign was on so I parked and went in. A very nice gentleman, whose name is Josh came forward and I explained my situation. He instructed me to drive up to the first bay and he would check my tires. He checked all 4 of them, even though I had told him my message system indicated only one of the tires needed air. Much appreciated. He put air in the tire. I asked how much I owed him and he said, nothing. Just pass it along. Exactly what I am doing. A MILLION STARS. Th
