Tires Plus

Eric was super nice. I came in for new tires. Eric was very helpful in explaining all the price breakdown and warranty information. After the service was completed, he explained what they found during the service. When I was inspecting my car, I noticed the seat and door were dirty. I cleaned as much as I could with a cleaning wipe, but I didn't want the oil to stain. I explained to Eric and he came with soap and water and cleaned my seat for me. Super service from Eric.

Eric the manager is great! Only reason this place got a 2 stars. Without Eric this would be a 1 star review. I schedulded a inspection For 2/10/26 At 10am with Erin. Went in for scheduled appt. And was told it was scheduled for march 10th, but they could get me in the next day on the 11th at 10am. Went in 9:55 am on the 11th and sat for over a hour hearing the tech would be in late (from a phone call a employee had). Waited until 11am without my truck being pulled into the garage. Tech didnt show. I left and went jiffylube and got my truck inspected in less then 30mins. This place wasted 3hours and 2 days due to poor staff. Didnt seem like the staff respected eric which is a shame because he is a great guy. Will never attempt to get a inspection from this location again! Lost 2 customers t

Was looking to get some routine car service done such as State Inspection, Oil Change and Tire rotation. We had been looking for a dependable place for our car care needs in Exton. We found it! We worked with Erin who was friendly, helpful and kept us updated with the status of the car. Service was done quickly and was fantastic! Thank you tires plus for being awesome and available 7 days a week and thank you Erin!

Last years inspection from Tires Plus Exton passed but CHUCK recommended $1200 of repairs including new brakes and rotors. My brakes felt fine so I DIDN'T do any repairs. My inspection this year at my new garage was perfect. They showed me the brakes and said they were at 10 and 8, almost new after 5 years. They fail at 2. My new garage gives measurements! Au revoir Tires Plus!

Excellent location for all needs w.r.t to your motor vehicle. I called up for a tire repair and staff was courteous enough to gave me an appointment on same day within a couple of hour away. Staffs are very welcoming , friendly and service was amazing . Pricing is nominal , I have been here few years back for my tire replacement, this time when I went for quick fix and I was amazed by their service. Hats off to folks working here. Little waiting area with some refreshments are available , also you can either wait at premise or near by lot of shopping places where you can spend time on shopping while your car is getting fixed. I would definitly recommend to my friends.
