Called and said they can do my oil change and tire rotation in an hour and half. Waited 2 hours and so ask the front desk guy for estimate time, didn’t get his name (black guy) with a strong accent. He told me he don’t know. zero customer service attitude. Then I asked him if I can get my car keys and told me to go in the shop and get my keys, I worked in the industry before and customer shouldn’t go in the shop due to hazardous environment. I saw 3 guys not doing anything in the shop and only 1 car in the lift. Just lazy group of mechanics and poor leadership up front. Don’t go here.

In the 7 years I’ve been here, this is one of the best automotive experiences I’ve had!! TiresPlus was professional, clean and thorough. I can’t say enough about the person who actually did the work. Aaron walked me through the car, explaining what needed to be done & why with absolutely no pressure or upsale. What he pointed out really did need to be done.
