Tires Plus

We recently bought tires for my daughter’s SUV, and shortly after leaving the shop we noticed warning lights and an issue with starting the vehicle. When we contacted the manager, he listened carefully to our concerns and asked us to bring the car back so they could run a diagnostic. He was very understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. They quickly identified the issue, and the manager handled everything in a fair and professional manner. We really appreciated the level of service and attention we received.

Hands down the worst place my wife and I have ever taken our cars to for service. This last time takes the cake. we paid 1k for repairs, only for the issue to show back up 9 days later. when taking her car back for them to correct the issue, we were told that the cost of the repairs is going to be $500 more. we are told that it is a different part that is the problem now, when the part that is now bad was part of the original problem. Everything we found online pointed to this, but Tires plus wants to nickel and dime everyone out of their money. The manager was very rude, and when I asked why this problem was not caught, he said that it wasn't a problem at the time. Do not go to this place. I went for a routine oil change and a check up. As soon as I got home there was oil leaking in my car. Went back 2 days after with the complain that there was oil leaking in my car. They told me they would check it up and called me saying nothing was wrong and that they cleaned the residual oil up and should be good to go. I specifically asked if the car was safe to drive since I was going away for the weekend. On the way back to Gainesville the oil light went off with low level oil, and a massive leak that was very obvious (constant dripping). I topped up the car and went back with a complaint. Initially they told me that my first complaint was about the initial oil change, so they did not check 'the rest' of the leak. Like how professional is that? At that point

I took my daughter's car up here to get tires put on and her sensors done on her two front tires.. I was was helped by Eric immediately. Dylan and him got the work done fast and with a great price.. Eric communicated everything with me that was going on and made sure I was aware of anything.. The communication there is great 👍🏽 .. I would recommend them. I appreciate all they help . They are very professional and hard working .
