Tires Plus

Tires Plus has been so cool and gracious about helping me and my son as customers. Numerous times they have fixes problems and have not charged for it. Tom especially was so helpful spending time and help resolve an issue and didn’t charge me. He has been so kind and polite, Tom too. The other workers, like Gabriel are also so helpful and kind about it. I would recommend them, they’re the Best. Carolyn L David

I brought in my 1998 Mustang for front end work and alignment. Tom, the manager, explained everything in detail to me and the team did a great job with parts replacement and getting the alignment just right! They were friendly, prompt, and courteous. I was also impressed with the newly renovated showroom and the high tech tire displays. The waiting room is clean, bright, and modern. Very pleased with my experience and will be back again!

Today will have been my third positive encounter with this Tires Plus! The first time I went 2 years ago, I thought I needed a replacement tire. They told me my tire wasn’t in super bad shape, and would patch it for me if I was okay with it. Fully expecting to purchase a new tire, I was happy to hear I wouldn’t have to spend nearly as much as I thought to keep my car on the road. That patched tire lasted me a very long time. All the way until about one month ago when I decided it was time to replace all four of my tires. I called, made my appointment 2 days later while they ordered my tires, waited a bit in the lobby, and my tire change was done at a very reasonable price. I went to get a new tire and asked for two, the guy says there is no sale. Then I ask how long, they say you can wait. I leave and said ok, just call me when you’re done I have a 4 year old. I called them at closing time to ask, what’s up. They said my car would be next and if I don’t hear in a half hour to come. I do. It’s on the lift when I arrive; I wait an hour. Come home. The next day…. The other tire is flat. So I’m back. He told my husband he told me I needed two- funny the guy couldn’t talk to me when I was there- I dropped my car off 5 hours ago and same story. No idea when it’s done at 3 PM. Sir you told me I could wait for it 5 hours ago, what happened. No one can give a straight answer there. It’s just horrible communication. Tires Plus always takes great care of us and make sure that our vehicles stay running in proper order. Their service is friendly, fast, and they always keep you informed about the services your vehicle may need, but they're never pushy and always professional. We have had our cars serviced here many, many times and never had any issues!
