I had an excellent experience at Tire Plus thanks to Max and Rolando. From the moment I arrived, they were both professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. Their customer service truly stood out, and it’s clear they care about doing the job right. I really appreciate their honesty, efficiency, and great attitude. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Max and Rolando!

I went to this Tire Plus after getting a nail in my front tire. They fixed it, but the tire pressure light and service tire monitor message stayed on. A week later I returned, bought two new tires, and paid for a full alignment, even though they later admitted the rear can’t be aligned. They still charged me for a whole service they didn’t perform. When I got home, the warning lights were still on. I called to ask, and was told a sensor was bad and that I should replace all sensors for over $180 each. The employee also laughed at me on the phone and was impatient not wanting to listen to my questions, and wouldn’t answer some of them. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I was just trying to understand, but I felt dismissed and disrespected. I don’t mind paying for honest work, but

I had a fantastic experience at Tires Plus! They quickly and professionally took care of my flat tire, getting me back on the road in no time. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I really appreciated their comfortable, climate-controlled waiting area. It made the whole process much more pleasant. Highly recommend!

Very Professional and very reasonable with regards to the pricing as I did call other places before I showed up. Called and spoke to Rolando who was very professional over the phone and was very accommodating in working with me to make sure the tire change would be done today considering that I was requesting specifically the OEM tire. Although the tire wasn’t in stock he told me he can get it here no problem and take care of the whole situation the same day. I really appreciated the fact that Rolando understood my situation and was willing to work with me to get it done all in the same day. Hopefully don’t have to be back soon but if I do I will definitely be asking for Rolando again.
