I had my tires changed here and the whole experience was super smooth from start to finish. Communication was great, they kept me updated the entire time and explained everything clearly. The service was quick, professional, and stress-free. Overall, really impressed with how smoothly everything went and the quality of the work. Definitely recommend!

Visited this location last week. Scheduled an appointment online. Confirmed same day. Received excellent service and professionalism from Pablo and my Tires Plus technician. Waiting area was clean, quiet, appropriate programming on the television. Would I patronize this business again? Yes Would I refer someone to have their vehicle serviced there. Yes

I forgot to grab the guy's name, but really good customer service. He was knowledgable, informative and didn't come off pushy about recommendations. I was in and out in less time than I was expecting for an oil change, appreciate their efficiency. I'll definitely come back to this location for future maintenance

Martin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about tires and the processes for everything with my vehicle. His customer service was out of this world both on the phone and in person, from the phone conversation about availability through the entire appointment. If I ever have to come here for anything else I’ll be asking for Martin every time!!!

Pablo provided elite level customer service. He walked back to the waiting area to speak with me, multiple times, so that I wouldn't have to leave my laptop and interrupt me working. He was pleasant, educated me about my car, and informed me of discounts
