Tires Plus

I scheduled an appointment to have a single tire patched. When I arrived, I was told it would take about an hour. That was acceptable. Exactly one hour later, instead of my repair being completed, I received a full tire inspection report and was called to the counter to be pitched four new tires. This was surprising and frustrating, especially considering the vehicle had passed inspection the week prior with no tire concerns. It felt less like service and more like a deliberate upsell tactic. After I declined the new tires and reiterated that I only wanted the patch, I then waited an additional 45 minutes for the actual repair to be completed. To make matters worse, when I got back into my van, the repaired tire was sitting at 24 PSI — well below a safe and acceptable driving level. Aft

I purchase all my tires at Tires Plus and over the years have been very satisfied. Periodically, when I have stopped in for servicing, Anthony at their Plaza Blvd location has helped me. He has been very helpful and thorough, even if I just drop in to get the tire pressure checked. The service at this location is very good, and Anthony is a great asset to their team! Took my car in for new tires and inspection. When I was driving home after picking up my car I noticed my back passenger rim was bent. I called to try and find out what happened. The guy who answered told me "they can't look at my car til Wednesday" after I literally just left the shop. I asked for a managers or corporates number/email and was not given either. I went ahead and made a police report since they refuse to take accountability.

I came in to repair/replace one tire due to a screw. The tire was not ripped when I arrived—I had been driving with it by adding air. After waiting, I was told the tire was “ripped badly” and that all four tires needed replacement. When I asked to see it, the tire was suddenly cut all the way through, which I know for a fact was not its condition before. When I questioned this and started recording, the employee admitted he damaged the tire while removing it. Accidents happen—but honesty and accountability matter. Despite earlier insisting all tires must be replaced, the manager then said they would only replace the one they damaged, completely contradicting their own claim. They were extremely quick and so very helpful. They helped explain everything so then we are not confused with anything at all and were very understanding when things needed to be fixed. Will absolutely be coming back in the future!
